anyone know the featuers and price of NEC and Fujitsu’s call center softwares?? value for money?? are they suitable for small/medium sized companies?
NEC and Fujitsu is not a good choice / platform for call center , in case u r really looking for a state-of -the art call center.
The per agent software/license cost for the mentioned switches should be around 150 US dollars.
150 US dollars per agent?? is it really cheap? do you know the features inside this price package?
