Inbound and Outbound Trunking ratio’s

    I am doing some research on the trunking ratio’s for Inbound and Outbound calling. Can anybody please tell me if there are any standards out there for trunking rations with respect to both inbound and outbound calls. Or is it all dependent on the client requirements?

    And this will be especially relevent in the case of off-shore call centers which have to pay a large amount of their revenues as bandwidth costs.
