    We are interested in setting up a call center for an airline company. Are there any specific requirements in terms of equipment, networking, human resources for this field?

    setting up of a call center requires lot of engineering and research in terms of type of Call center you are palnning and what level of service u want to provide, your budget etc. etc. and the key is to optimise the performance with minimum resources.
