Connect Regional Centers

    I have three stand alone call centers across the country. Can anyone recommend technology to create virtual centralization such as a networked product.

    We have independent offices across Canada that I would like to “virtually” connect

    Have you spoken to your telco – they will have an off the shelf solution for you. If not your own internal voice people should be able to rig your ACD to, at the very minimum have an overflow situation between calls – cheap and nasty but it will do the job if you are short on cash
