    Hello all,
    I am in the middle of starting an Outsourced Tech Support call center for ISP’s (Internet Providers). We are looking for ticket software so we can track callers based on a who their ISP is. Also needs to be database back-ended so we can tie into it for web-based searching and reporting. Any ideas where such a software would exist?

    Our company offers an ecrm chat software application that can track where each visitor is coming from (if a client is looking for support through our chat channel). I hope this is relevant to what you are looking for. Please let me know if you would like more info.
