I am in the middle of starting an Outsourced Tech Support call center for ISP’s (Internet Providers). We are looking for ticket software so we can track callers based on a who their ISP is. Also needs to be database back-ended so we can tie into it for web-based searching and reporting. Any ideas where such a software would exist?
