I am doing a feasibility study on setting up a call/contact centre which is both voice and web enabled. I would like to know where I can get information on:

1. Equipment required to setup such a facility
2. What is the revenue generated by this industry?
3. Demand for such a facility
4. Types of services which can be offered apart from tele-marketing and customer service

Could some one point me in the right direction to sites where I can find such information.
