I am considering setting up a call centre in the North of England. I have the premises and would be grateful for any information on the logistics,charge rates,competition,type of operation, client expectation etc., Any advice is very appreciated.
Have a look at http://www.lean-service.com It has useful information about effective call centre operations, keeping staff morale high, costs down and customers happy.
