    I want to set up a call center, have existing clients and space, but i do not know how/where to start.

    I have experience about the technology used in Call Canter operation but I don’t have clients.

    May be we both can start it in bigher way.

    Hi,

    I am also attempting to set up a call centre. It will be an insurance quote-line and located in the south of Ireland. I have been searching the web in a vain attempt to locate some training programmes in Ireland.

    Any ideas & suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
