    Hi all

I have a DX Multipath series Quintum, which is working fine to a Predictive dialler. The problem is that the dailler oly see 2 types cause codes from the Quintum ie. 0 and 16. They need to see the actual cause codes as it appears in the Quintum log file, which is correct by the way. Hoe does one do this, or does the Quintum automatically pass these cause codes to the PBX.My PRI settings are PRI ETSI. Someone mentioned maybe I must try QSIG which does not make sense.I do not have the Multipath setup as PSTN failover.

    Thanks

    Joey

Hi Joey, Please advise whether you have since had this issue resolved, as we are experiencing the same problem now. I would really appreciate feedback regarding this issue.

    Hi,

Quintum supports disconnect code mapping. I do not think the issue can be solved by changing to QSIG (not to mention that no PTT will accept this). Do a debug and check.
