Quintum A400 Configuration

First let me introduce myself, I am Niyas from Saudi Arabia recently I bought QUINTUM A400 two units,

I have one remote office location that location don’t have any telephone lines, we are using vpn network through a third party provider. Now in my head office I have telephone line I want to give ability to make telephone calls to my remote office people through this unit

Would you please help on this, the supplier of this item they are not able to do here and they left….
