    Hi, I’m new to the ErLang forumla and i find this site great, i have an example to confirm if i’m doing this right. I have T1 PRI’s with 23 channels available.

    I have a busy hour of 304 calls @ duration of 447.3935 sec/ a call.

    ErL = (304 * 447.3935) / 3600 = 37.779 Erl.

    I’m blocking 0.1%.

    how many lines do i require? i get a value of 57 lines for that busy hour. Am i going about the correct way of gathering this?
