Sir,
I have 4E1 to connect from a to b by one cable, and reconnect to my equipment E1.
1. lease line will provide one cable
how can i convert this to E1 signaling ?

and E1 had 32 channels: 30 voice channel, 1 for signaling and one for sync (0 and 16). You did not mention if you were using a multiplexer.
