Put # character at the end of number

    Thanks. The AX Tenor is configurated put # at the end of digit for send this to the PBX but in Trunk Circuit Rounting Group, but doesn´t work. Can you help me about this case.

    You need to configure the quintum not to recognize that as an end of dialing digit, if this call is coming from a line circuit routing group.

    Fernando,

    I believe your issue is to reduce PDD and your hope was that adding the # to the end would do so, however, since you are going to a PBX, it may ignore the # or there may be additional delay as it looks to route the call out to the PSTN.
