Best regards. 15th April 2008 at 01:57 #31753 TheLostPacketGuest You need to configure the quintum not to recognize that as an end of dialing digit, if this call is coming from a line circuit routing group. 16th April 2008 at 23:34 #31754 MikeM to FernandoGuest Fernando, I believe your issue is to reduce PDD and your hope was that adding the # to the end would do so, however, since you are going to a PBX, it may ignore the # or there may be additional delay as it looks to route the call out to the PSTN.
