How Can change voice port 1720

    I have suffering a problem that is in my country voice port 1720 is of in our bandwith thats why I have to change this port in My Tenor DX. I donn’t know the command where is voice port and which command I can see it. Please give me Clear a Instruction how I can change the defult voice port and write me the command which I see the voice port.

    Listening port for H.323 is hard coded into the Quintum units. You cannot change it. So for inbound IP calls you are out of luck.

    you can change voice port 1720 by FTP. connect quintum by ftp. open notepad and write : H323Q931PortFlag 1
    H323Q931PortNum 1900

    save it with name “var_config”

    paste it root directory by connecting FTP…if u feel any problem..contact me :

    Older, generation 1 units, like the A800 do not support this.
