Hi,
I have my quintum axt , If I call from a voip phone , when the gateway prompt me for the pin is not able to detect it , if I call from an cell or regular phone all is perfect .

Have any idea how to fix it ?

Most likely it has to do with the way the digits are being sent. You may want to try setting your voip phone to send the digits in-band.

The voip phone is ok , I was able to use it with another calling card provider . The problem I think is the phone line how is connected to gateway . I put a filter on it and I will retry monday.
