Hello everybody,

I need your help regarding the following configuration. Please help me guys. I am new and I dont now how to configure this setting.

1) I have a tenor A400 and 4 PSTN connected. On the other end i have IP Phones IP Telianna/Cisco ATA 186. I want to make a calls from IP Phones through tenor A400 PSTN lines. What configuration should be done on both Tenor and IP Telianna/Cisco. Please write step-by-step configuration.

2) I have another tenor A800 gateway want to use on Call Center. How to configure this gateway for IVR.

Please reply me with “Step by step configuration” in details.

Mazher,

1. This should be no problem using the hop-off feature.

2. More information would be needed to understand the config.
