Hi,
i have CRSP, my problem is when i receive the call, the presentation of calling number is unknown.Behind the Call Relay, i have Cisco Call Manager like IPBX .
How can i configure CRSP to send the calling number to Call Manager

The CRSP typically does not create the calller id. If it is provided on the incoming call, and you have relay ani enabled, it will be sent out exactly as it is received.
If it is not received, or you have relay ani disabled, then it is not sent.
