Call are not passing

    Hi,

    Could anybody tell me, what is the problem going on gateway? Calls are not passing. I am getting this error.

    there are no digits (destintion) in the incoming call for the quintum to route on. The quintum is a switch and requires destintion digits to route.

    Is there any application to test quintum gw by sending voice traffic from local network?

    Sumit,

    There are many soft phone programs out there that you can try. You would load this on a PC and then use it to make a call to the quintum.

    Not sure if you are asking a question or stating a fact. Cause 34 is usually due to either no valid match in the config for an inc IP call or all the available channels are in use.
