AudioCodes disconnects one way rtp

    AudioCodes TrunkPack 1610 (H.323) disconnects one way RTP traffic after appr. 7 secs. Someone knows whether this interval is configurable via web admin or ini file?????

    Hi Boris,
    there is only a RTP inactivity timer, but that is only relevant to close the complied session. Do you have more informations about the scenario, configuration, maybe you saw error messages in the monitor window of the GUI or a RTP trace ?

    The scenario is very simple. When I mute my headset for example gateway disconnects the H323 session. with release message
