GuestRichard,
The command in the Gen 2 is map. You would use this in the Anlg Interfce (ai) or Dgitl Intefce (di) prompt. The syntx is map [+/-] [x/x..x/x,x,x] cg [chan group name]
You can find more about this command in the CLI reference guide that is available on quintum’s web site.

GuestHi Mike,
I have a Dx2024; i setup 2 static routes (SR1, SR2)with 2 ip address (for 2 different Vendors).
I setup the priority for SR 1 higher than SR2.
Each IPDialPlan has it’s own prefix (OUTgoingPrefix :xxxx).
Same IPRG for both.
The calls are always going thru SR2.
How can i set up the dx2024 the calls going thru SR1?
Thanks

GuestHelios,
I am assuming that the DN pattern is the same for both, so it should follow that the one with the higher priority goes first, unless it tries, but the call is failing to that first route. Sounds like you have the config right, would really need to see logs and just double check the config. Also make sure you have a newer software version, 104 at least as there may have been issues in the older version for this.

for your answer on Sept 20.
Maybe it need to uppgrad the software; I have the version 103.
Can i use the DX2024 to originate pinless calls?
If no, is it software issue or hardware issue?
Thanks again

GuestHelios,
Yes you can orig “pinless” calls from the quintum. Again, I am assuming that you are sending all calls to a hosted system that will handle authentication.
