How to solve port hanging problem

    One of my AXM800 Quintum Tenor, get port hang up problem. Everyday several ports get hang up just when it get ‘IVR Call’ and keep continue for thousands seconds, unless I reset the main chasis. If anybody can help me, how I can solve this problem. Please help me.

    You should check your config especially for the disconnect supervision as that is where the problem usually lies for this.
