Identifying which phone line was called

    Hi,

    I have a 8 phone lines on tenor 800AX. I wanna be able to see wich phone line a call was made from. CDR shows anything else but not he exact phone line was called from. Is there some way I can see that??

    Saad,

    You should review Quintum’s web site as there is a document there that explains CDR on the Quintum. In this document you will fine an example of a CDR record and then a breakdown of what each field represents. There are 2 fields of interest to you, Incoming line and incoming channel. This should tell you which phone port was used for the call.
