Hi,
I have a quintum tenor ax800. I’m have one static route to provider and all calls over ip is going to that GK. Some countries are not connecting at all I’m getting a bussy tone right after I dial. when i look my cdr its sending to that GK but not connecting. They telling me they have A-Z routes and opened all routes for me. my dail patteren is just (*). Can someone explain to me what the problem could be?
