    Hello!

    I’m looking for example ANI Callback application for Cisco AS5XXX, anybody knows where i can found example tcl script like that ?

    AFAIK, there are none available in public. However billing products like IXC and PortaOne have inside such customised Cisco TCL scripts included. If you find one – you are lucky 🙂

    Also, using the TCL IVR 2.0 you can easily write your own script.

    Thanks for answer.

    I know that PotraOne have it included. I trying to write my own script but i have some problem after disconnected calling party. When i doing call to calling party and destination number i cannot connect them together. Thats why i need any simple example. What i know PotraOne is using two tcl scripts to do callback. Well i need to read again documentation.

    I have solved my problem. I was trying to connect destination peer in wrong state.

    You can get the PortaOne callback script mentioned earlier (it is rather inexpensive) and use it as an example to develop your own callback.

    Cisco have some ANI callback script. I have to dig in my archives.

    The price of PortaOne TCL scripts is apprx $100-$150 for each AFAIR.
