hi guys,

I have an issue configuring a ASG200 to use the FXO ports of an ASM200

I have Phones configured in the four FXS avialable (two at the ASM site and two at the ASG site), they can comunicate to each other perfectly.

But I don’t know why, the “PSTN route prefix” does not work. not even for the ASM. I got no idea of wich part of configuration is missing.

I am not sure how you are configuring the units, but the pstn route prefix is only used when you are using intercom dialing (dialing phone-to-phone within same box) and it means to route call from phone to pstn of the same unit, not over IP then out PSTN of remote unit. In order to do this, you must use the hop-off number directory (hnd).
