Help with VoiceMaster1.5Minutes Prompts

Hi Folks,

Please help me as I am comfused on how to enable the option in Voice Master version 1.5 so my calling card customers can listen to how many minutes they have remaining in their cards everytime they dial their specific destination depending on the rate. Right now the prompts only greed ,ask to enter PIN, tells the amount left, asks for the Phone number and after phone number has been entered, it connects, where as my customers want to know how many minutes they have after they dial the phone number before they get connected to their destination. Your help would be GREATLY appreciated as I have a few of my cards in a store already and I don’t want to start with a bad reputation.
