We do not have any pbx available that we wish to upgrade and we want to build an office ip solution. Our office has 15-20 employees. We would like to get some pointers on ip solutions available on the market. What about Avaya IP Small Office Edition or IP406 Office. What about D-Link DVX-1000? What is the difference between these two. As we understand Avaya contains both PBX and IP, and DLink is based only on IP telephony.

We would like to here some tips on what do we need to build IP Office.

There an IP Based PBX available on web…known as “Asterisk” …. that’s the best solution for you…as you dont need to pay for it…and use as many extensions as you like…..even you can dialout or receive the calls …… Let me know if you need further details..
I can provide you consultancy and demo for asterisk….
