I have a quintum Tenor series I forgot the password and login, is there anyway I can reset to factory values?

i have a quintum tenor A800 receving calls from cisco veraz, i hear the voice but the problem is there is a delay on the voice. i hear the voice a little late. what am i going to do with my configuration?
