One of our customers is experiencing low volume on there voicemails. the prompts are fine but the messages are very low. I tried changing the gains in the tenor configuration manager but it does not help. any suggestions ?
If the prompts to access the voicemail are loud enough, but the actual message is not, you may want to see if there is a way to raise the gain from the message server. The Tenor does not have an automatic gain, so the volume should be the same for the connection throughout. If the message and the prompts were both low, then the Tenor’s gain should help that.
