Hi,

I am running a Sysmaster Voicemaster L1 system which is specified to do 500 concurrent calls. I have Sipuras connected to it and it has maxed out at about 48 simultaneous calls and 120 End Point devices. Any more devices now get no dial tone or engaged. This seems very low, can someone advise what I can do to increase it without buying a bigger system as this one is not dong what it says it should..?

are they getting registered at all?
I would check the logs, and see if the attempts appear.
I had problem with registering devices, but I am not aware of endpoints call limitations.
You sure you have everything in place?
