    Hello,

    History:
I have a business that has 5 locations, each location currently has 2 PSTN lines (1x ADSL’d). As it happens I already have DrayTek Vigor 2900VGi’s which are VoiP ready.

    Requirement:
I would like one number that is available to customers who will then choose the store they want (by voice prompt) and it will then be redirected over VoiP. The store needs to dial out by either dialing 9 and then a PSTN number or a short code (001?) if dialing internally.

    So:
Can you recommend any companies who can do this all and also cut the cost of the phone calls themselves?

    Thanks,
    Paul.

I looked up the DrayTech Vigor router, and they are ready for almost anything but VOIP.
Thy are firewall, router, VPN endpoint, wireless,NAT,Switch, but not a mention about VOIP.

Questions: Do you have static I.P. addresses on those ADSL lines???
    Where are you located at???

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Sorry, I made a typo, its the Vigor 2600VGi. We have static IPs at all locations (we use VPN so its easier). We are based in Middlesex.

    Thanks,
    Paul.
