make a call using dynamic ip to analog

    Hi,
    i am new one.I have got problem. i can make a call using dynamic ip to remote analog 800 gateway (that have valid ip)but problem is that remote user hear my words but i can not hear his words.i will greatful if any one of the forum help me.Please i need everyone assistance,pls help me.

    Amb,

    My guess is that the A800 is behind a NAT and the public IP is dynamic. You will need to setup the autoexternalIP feature. You can find information on how to do this on Quintum’s Support site at;

    Check port mapping, if you have router – set it on dmz, if you are using software router (Kerio) check translations of ports

    Yup I agree with the other guys your router is stopping data coming back through it.

    voice is using tcp/udp ports 1024
    tcp ports 1503,1720,1731,522,389

    well video also but open your web browser of the router and find something that mention virtual server or port forwarding local port and the other port mentioned should be the same eg: port 1720 maps to 1720 port ends @ 1720 or someting like that !
