Hi All,
we have severe problem with sysmaster product. our voicemaster gets hang for severl time and we loose lots of minutes and gatekeeper reboots itself and gets crashed sometimes twice a day. is ther anybody who can help us in this or who have faced the same problem. please guide us.

Jim,

What version of voicemaster do you have?
To answer this question, I suggest start looking into logs and vind out where the problem comes from ; Database, radius, Gatekeeper etc.
ther could be hundreds of reasons and causes, but you need (or someone familiar with it) to look the logs.

If you find errors, post them here, may be someone will help.

we want to open user account who can add thier own gateways and routes on voicemaster voip switch.

can somebody tell how to do it step by steps.

when we reate system user and assign role as reseller or wholesale no navigation menu when those users login.
