i want to know more about VOIP can you help me

– i want to know about the 8 class traffic can you explain to me??
– why the packet loss for Voip must 10% and cannot be tolerate ?? if can give me the calculation??
-what is the differences between G711, G726, G728, G729, G7231 as an audio codec ???
– i count the voice sample at 5 ms, 10ms, and 20 ms, if i make it more than 20ms , what will happen with the delay ? (is it gonna biogger or not ) can you give me the calculation ?????
