Is there any way to strip the prefix only when I route the call to the remote gatekeeper but not in the arq when the gateway ask to his local gatekeeper the routing?

    Thanks

I re-write my post to be more specific…

I use a prefix in order to specify by a dialpeer which carrier I want to use to term-nate the calls. But before routing the call I need to strip the 3 first digit prefix of the called number to send just a standard e.164 numbering plan to the carrier.
The problem is that if I use a translation rule on the gateway in the dialpeer, when the gateway ask to the GK the routing this is unable to find the right prefix zone because the prefix has been stripped.

Is there any way to strip the prefix only when I route the call to the remote gatekeeper but not in the arq when the gateway ask to his local gatekeeper the routing?

    Thanks
