I work for a company in the UK and we are looking at forming a help desk in Spain. What we’d like is to be able to offer a local rate number in the UK that routes through to our office in Spain. We are not a big enough organisation to pay for a leased line so we’d need to use IP. What I’m looking for is some guidance as to where I start to find a solution to my problem because the VoIP world seems to be very diverse.

If someone could point me in the right direction it will save me a lot of time.

We can offer that service to you. We can collect an 0845 number in the UK and deliver it to you using Voice over IP (SIP or H.323). You would need a VoIP gateway or IP Phone to be able to receive the call.
