    I am using VOIP soft switch and SIP base gateways.

    Caller complain that his voice takes 10 seconds in first minute. Later it is perfect. But he can hear voice immigately from the destination.

    I am much worried to find the solution as I am losing my clients.

    Any one has some solution.

    john , is ur ip duplex simetrically ?
