How can Sysmaster stay in business while continuely screwing-over American businesses! I paid $27,000.00 for a sm7000 Gateway that NEVER worked. Our company kept the unit for seven weeks, while Sysmaster promised results everyday, and the unit never worked; so we did what anyone would do, we sent the unit back. Sysmaster now refuses to refund our money, claiming that the seven weeks of trying to get the unit in a working mode ate up our deposit. WHAT A CROCK!

Sysmaster is nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves, and I’ll prove it in our upcoming classaction lawsuit. If you want to be added to the classaction suit, please contact Jaime Lawhorne at jmelaw@mchsi.com.

Now Sysmaster president Boris Panteleev (from Bulgaria) has offered me a partial refund if I’ll sign a document dropping the suit. hummmmm.

One claim is that Sysmaster has pirated software and cannot make it work; that sure would explain our situation. Sysmaster should lose its ability to operate within the borders of the USA.

    Hi JimeLaw:
Can you tell me what was the application that you was trying to run on your SM 7000?
I am curious to know what they could not make work or why they did not make it work.
