our former technical staff has left company,but he know our all static IP which are in our VoIP system, we were hacked several time after he left company.
even though we have installed firewall,he can still hack in, and firewall is also not good for billing, gk system.

any idea about it? thanks

yes, many others calls was sent to our sytem.
we have to pay more bill to our carrier.
