configuring incoming/outgoing phone call

    Dear all

    i didnt know how to configure my tenor800 for outgoing and incoming PSTN phones.

    the case is, we have two centers who are using tenor at both ends, now one end user wants to call my region thru my tenor800 as if he is making a general phone call. What are the steps to be taken?
