Dear all,

We have installed Tenor AS400 in one of our Client premises successfully. They can call PBX to PBX from tenor “A” to tenor “B” and HOP OFF from tenor “B” using Tenor “A”.

But the problem is when PSTN call is coming to Tenor “A” it’s not going to tenor “B” FXS port. It continuously rings in tenor “A”.

Please advise me how can I solved this problem.
