I have one way voice communication with quintum a200 , i can hear the other end but the person can’t hear me. any solutions will be deeply appreciated.
95% of the time, this problem happens due to something (firewall or ISP) blocking the ports required for VoIP. Check both ends to see if there are any ports being blocked, especially 1720.
The AS quintum only started doing this when I migrated it to our new voicemaster gk. It registers on it but when I then originate calls i can hear the otherside but the otherside can not hear me.
N:B we have other gw from our network working on the same GK
