tnx…the cisco is allowed in the gkadmin of tenor…codec is the same in cisco and tenor…i’ll try ur suggestion on enabling logging in the tenor…im new to quintum…actually i have a local test unit same model as the tenor…the only difference is that on my test unit it is plugged to PSTN directly…the one that im having problem is plugged to a tellular device…from cisco im using csim start command to test the quintum device…tnx for ur help…regards
