can someone help me to recovery the password in my quintum tenor A400?
i try to factory default it but it is also blocked by the password

As far as I know, theres no way to have password recovery on Quintum products. You’ll have to console, reboot and restore factory default.

There’ll be no password there after ie. Just press Enter will log in.

Just connect to your Console port. Restart the box and it will allow you to reset the box to factory default.
