I use my quitum d2400 for mainly H323. I want to sell USB Phones to customer to customer or have them download x-tel phone. The problem is my quitum is not accepting those calls. Someone told me I need to configure my quitum to accept SIP calls too. What configuration I need to do just that?

In order to make your quintum work on SIP, you need to download new software into the unit.
But on the old tenor, you could only have H323 or SIP, but not both at the same time.

The newer DX and AX series are suposted to work on both SIP and H323 at the same time.

You will probably also need a SIP server (where your phones will register to) in addition to Quintum gateway.
