I have 8 land lines route with Quintum A800 GW. I have problem that ACD is very low. most of the Calls does not went through in GW rightaway fails but some calls durations are 30+ min. why Calls fails even stack is empty. Phone lines are ok. BW is ok. even max calls reduced to 4 from 8. Is there anyone who can help in this situation.
