Hi guys,
Anyone of you know how to setup a good quality of voice for Quintum Tenor DX. I have problem on how to eliminate hissy sounds. Is there any possible solutions?
Is grounding big issue?

Hello Michael.
I do own a DX and never hear of such a thing as noise or quality troubles with sound.
Are you sure that the trouble is not your VOIP provider????I have my gateway in the US, if you wan to runa test from gateway to gateway.
Doublecheck that you have set the E1 to A-law and not to U-law and that you have the latest firmware (in the earlier releases it keeps using U-law even if set to A-law).
Otherwise, put the blame on your Internet Provider.
