Tenor Ax, False AS, please help

    I am getting a False answer supervision, all calls are giving AS even it is still ringing, the configuration seems ok,
    Loop start, Answer and Disconnect supervision are both enabled.
    I did a trace,
    Please help, here is the result:

    Could you please provide software version on your AX (show -v)

    You should reset your AX to a factory default settings (config# setfactory) and reconfigure it again, try it and let me know.

    I did reset it, reconfigured. no change, same problem, I heared about a bug in the software, but i am still checking. if this is true it will be a big problem.
