Webswitch 100 G4 not responding

    Hi there
    I just brought a Webswitch 100 G4 unit and am having problems accessing the unit. I simply cannot connec to the 10 baseT port on the webswitch. It’s not responding at all. I followed the instructions that came with the unit and set the IP to 192.168.10.2 but the Tx light just didn’t light.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Have you resolved your problem? Why my WS 100 has a like problem, the phone not ring and not permit to do the calls. Thanks
