Clarent SS7 interconnection

    Hi all,

    I need to know if the Clarent SS7 gateway it is using the same database as the clarent 400 gateway with quad E1. What is the difference between this two gateways.

    It depends what you mean by the ‘Clarent SS7 gateway’. If you are talking about an SS7 gateway 400 or 1200 then yes the database configuration is exactly the same. If you are talking about the newer Clarent/Verso products then you will need their Call Manager in addition to the Command Center.
